    **Assistant Branch Manager - Holladay Branch**

    **Department:** Holladay Branch **Location:** Salt Lake City, UT

    **Location:** HolladayBranch

    **Hours:** 9:00 am 6:00 pm, Monday Friday w/some Saturdays

    **Pay:** $19.00/hr. More possible with experience

    **The experience you need to succeed:**

    One to three years similar or related banking experience.

    Can demonstrate the ability to plan and organize your own work activities.

    Can analyze and disseminate numerical data and manage your own work activities.

    Be sales and team oriented.

    A High School diploma or equivalent G.E.D.

    Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    **What youll do:**

    Develop and maintain new and existing member relationships.

    Hire, train, develop, motivate, coach and discipline branch staff; administer performance evaluations and recommend appropriate actions.

    Oversee teller line performance.

    Responsible to ensure a high level of member service is achieved and maintained.

    Assure employees are knowledgeable in their job, positively engaged with members and help their members feel valued.

    Conduct consistent sales and team meetings.

    Manage and maintain security of branch.

    Monitor all branch activities to ensure compliance with established Credit Union policies and procedures.

    **Your Purpose will be:**

    The person in this position will manage the operations of the branch have responsibility for the success of the teller line. Their daily duties include transactional coaching while overseeing progress of teller MDI. They will hire, evaluate and coach the teller line and report directly to the branch manager.
