We welcome both personnel or sales consultants (m/f/d) who are eager to take the next step and start as branch managers (m/f/d), as well as experienced leaders.

What you should enjoy doing:

As a branch manager, you will be responsible for the economic success, establishment, and development of the new Bamberg branch, which is managed as a profit center.
You will acquire clients and employees and build longterm and successful relationships.
As a communicative branch manager, you will motivate and lead your team with respect and on an equal footing.
Based on your own sales success, you will support and lead your sales team to outstanding performance.
Through planning, controlling, and monitoring operational activities, you ensure the quality standards of Tempton.
You are responsible for the turnover and budget of your Bamberg branch.

Who you are:

Competent: You have professional experience in the personnel services industry, preferably with some leadership experience.
