    About the Role:

    In the role of Front Office Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Front Office. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the satisfaction of our patients while also contributing to the success of the practice. Strong management and leadership abilities are fundamental for excelling in this position.

    The Right Individual Has:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 3+ years of medical office front office experience
    • 1+ years of supervisory experience
    • Proficiency with computers and Electronic Health Records scheduling
    • Ability to work a flexible Monday-Friday schedule
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Team-oriented work ethic
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office setting
