    Real Estate Operations "Integrator"
    CityScape Metro in Reston, VA seeks a top-tier individual to assume the role of Director of Operations.

    The ideal candidate possesses a keen attention to detail, a passion for aiding others, and a demonstrated capacity to effectively oversee multiple tasks and procedures.

    The successful applicant should excel in managing, recruiting, and onboarding individuals with requisite skills and expertise.

    They must grasp the importance of urgency while maintaining the patience and acumen necessary to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality work.

    We require a dependable, trustworthy individual with a work ethic that surpasses the norm and a drive to tackle new challenges with a strong sense of accountability for outcomes.

    The Operations Director will play a crucial role in overseeing the listing-to-contract process discreetly. We are in need of a tech-savvy professional who excels in devising solutions to complex problems.
    If you have a track record of expanding an organization through adept back-end support, this role is tailor-made for you

    Compensation:
    $60,000 - $100,000 yearly

    Responsibilities:
    Manage the administrative side of the listing process from pre-listing to contract
    Implement and improve all systems for the listing and closing process
    Client Care – make each client feel like they are the only client we have – solve problems, provide service, exceed expectations
    Work closely with agents - handle all administrative tasks to ensure agents' focus is only on sales
    Maintain database, assist with client events
    Maintain an operations

    manual/websites/videos

    that document all listing and closing systems and standards
    Create and maintain templates in Google Drive for listing and closing processes
    Ensure compliance with CityScape Metro's standards and regulations


    Qualifications:
    Systems Driven - the ability to automate repetitive tasks, track, and make efficient
    Experience running back-end offices with stellar recommendations
    Experience supporting an organization to double and triple its growth

    CINC, MailChimp, SlyBroadcast, CTE, Google Business, MRIS, Infusionsoft
