As a Porter you are the frontline and are a key component to both TBC and the client. As such, when you arrive for your shift you are ready to get to work. Being proud of the uniform you are wearing with your tools and supplies ready to go you start working efficiently and offering friendly, engaging service to all, exceeding guest and client expectations. Whether it's disinfecting surfaces, or replenishing supplies, you get great satisfaction out of physically seeing what you've accomplished. The Porter is responsible for ensuring that the assigned areas always meet and exceed our client's high standards. You report any maintenance repair or potential safety issues to your supervisor.
