    Avamere Rehab at Ridgemont, a skilled nursing facility, is seeking an Administrator for our Port Orchard community.

    As the Administrator you're the leader of the community and it's your responsibility to manage all marketing, business, and financial functions. You'll be instrumental in developing and implementing a business plan that is designed to achieve financial goals and maintain occupancy targets and ensures that all staff members are aligned with the company's mission, vision and values.

    Qualifications:

    • Valid State Nursing Home Administrator License
    • Prefer 5+ years of administration and supervision of in skilled nursing community
    • Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families
    • Innovate, not emulate. A thinker who brings new ideas to the table
    • Ability to build relationships within the community that will help grow and maintain the census
    • Strong customer service skills with ability to problem solve
    • Ability to lead a management team and promote staff development
    • Thorough knowledge of state/federal regulations
    • Strong focus on staff and resident culture, as well as employee retention program

    Expectations of the Administrator

    • Direct responsibility for the financial management and regulatory compliance of the facility
    • Ensure positive engagement of residents, family, friends, and team members by maintaining a positive, open-door atmosphere
    • Maintain oversight of all financial monitoring tools and review reports with appropriate personnel
    • Lead approval process for all contracts for any services in the community
    • Comply with all local/state/federal regulations and remain up to date on changes as they occur
    • Maintain good relations with local/state regulatory agencies
    • Promote the mission and core values of Avamere Living
