    Our upscale restaurant is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fine Dining Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong background in the food and beverage industry. As a Fine Dining Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    Supervise and train restaurant staff to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures

    Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and scheduling

    Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served to the highest quality standards

    Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, including dining areas, kitchen, and storage areas

    Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

    Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new policies and procedures to improve restaurant operations and customer satisfaction

    Requirements:

    Requirements:

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant environment

    Strong leadership and communication skills

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

    Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail

    Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices

    Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
