Description
The Quality Assurance Technician is primarily responsible for Quality Control (QC) final Test.


Responsibilities:


Duties:


  • QC Test:
  • Perform all aspects of functional testing.
  • Simulate the end user customer operation.
  • Follow detailed test procedures.
  • Verify compliance to specification.
  • Enter quality data into internal systems.
  • Identify and report any quality issues.
  • Inspect and confirm devices are built per configuration and per sales order information.
  • Maintain and support testing units for manufacturing.
  • Tech Support resource:
  • Gain enough knowledge regarding product use with which to familiarize how Company devices are used.
  • Gain enough knowledge regarding product installation and site training with which to serve as a resource for technical issues.
  • Serve as a point of contact for part number inquiries and replacement options.
  • Ensure that the Company product is meeting the customer needs.

Requirements and Experience:
" Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a QA/test role environment.
" Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
" Possess strong customer service skills and be service minded.
" Professional demeanor to solve routine problems.
" Proficient in the use of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
" Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
" Be self-motivated, willing to learn and grow.


Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
