- Lead the California practice in high-stakes employment litigation matters, with a focus on trial work.
- Handle complex transactional employment work, including drafting employment and severance agreements, EEOC/DFEH responses, witness interviews, and depositions.
- Counsel employers on federal and state employment law compliance, draft workplace policies, and assist with employment training programs.
- Provide guidance in traditional labor relations matters.
- Significant experience in transactional employment work
- Background in counseling employers on compliance, drafting policies, and assisting with training programs
- Superior academic credentials and exceptional writing skills
- Admission to the California Bar
- Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus:
- High-profile wage and hour class/collective actions
- Drafting and implementing comprehensive employment policies and training programs
