The successful practitioner will be a well-rounded litigator with strong court experience, be analytical, strategic, driven, takes ownership of case, is interested in business development, and be a very good writer.

Finance experience and clerkships are a strong plus. Qualified candidates with defense experience or government experienced encouraged to apply.
