As a modern energy supplier and efficiency service provider, WSW Energie & Wasser AG supplies private customers in Wuppertal and business and industrial customers nationwide with electricity, natural gas, heat, and energy-related services.

On behalf of the city of Wuppertal, WSW operates the city's sewage system and drinking water treatment and distribution for 360,000 people.

WSW Energie & Wasser AG is part of the WSW Group with around 3300 employees.


In the billing process, we act as a service provider for our clients, sales and distribution network operators, as well as end customers, and ensure timely and accurate billing for their product range.

For the "Data Management and Process Optimization" business area, we are currently looking for a


Data Management and Process Officer

Your responsibilities:


  • You are responsible for the processes within data management
  • You oversee the technical implementation of GDPR requirements, particularly regarding data archiving and deletion
  • You continuously review relevant processes and IT systems for optimization needs and independently develop them further
  • You create crossdepartmental data analyses and evaluations and support in controlling the business area
  • You develop and monitor key performance indicators to ensure and demonstrate longterm quality and efficiency in processing
  • You generate salesrelated extrapolation data and prepare them, among other things, for reporting to WSW Netz GmbH
  • You lead and accompany IT projects (independent analysis, planning, implementation, and acceptance) in the processing area
