    Are you organized and eager to gain experience in a professional setting? Do you have a passion for contributing to innovative sustainable projects?

    We are looking for current students or recent graduates from schools in New York or residents of New York to join our team at Pvilion. We design and build tensile structures with integrated solar panels, and we'd love to have you as part of our team.

    Company:

    Pvilion is dedicated to creating innovative solutions for sustainable architecture. As an intern with us, you'll have the opportunity to support our Project Managers in delivering exceptional client experiences while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to Project Managers, assisting with various tasks.
    • Organize project files and maintain document tracking systems.
    • Assist in gathering information and preparing reports from client meetings.
    • Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in an administrative or support role is beneficial but not required.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly with project documentation.
    • Proficiency in computers and common software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.
    • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.

    Bonus Points:

    • Interest or experience in construction, design, or engineering projects is a plus, but not essential.
