Your tasks

  • You will play a key role in the conception and implementation of a digital asset management system for the automated maintenance of our machinery and related peripherals in Oyster Bay Cove. This includes the automatic detection of the condition and configuration of components.
  • You will support our development team in building our smart IIoT platform through technology research and development of sub-components.
  • You may also develop training materials and corresponding documentation.

Your qualifications

  • You are currently studying computer science, electrical engineering, engineering, or a related field and are looking to complete your mandatory internship (minimum duration 18-22 weeks) in the next semester.
  • You have some experience with a programming language (e.g. Python).
  • You are familiar with SQL databases (preferably PostgreSQL).
  • You have knowledge in the field of network technology.
  • You have a passion for web development and a good understanding of it.
  • You have a structured, creative, and goal-oriented working style.
  • You possess strong teamwork and communication skills.
