We are currently looking for a nursing service manager (m/f/d) for our outpatient nursing service in Husum.

Tasks

  • Responsibility, management and organization of care, treatment, counseling and support in accordance with the nursing mission statement and concept, legal requirements (from SGB V and SGB XI, RKI guidelines) as well as contractual agreements with health insurance associations or state associations of long-term care insurance
  • Ensuring personnel planning and development
  • Planning, implementation and evaluation of work processes
  • Implementation and further development of nursing quality management
  • Contact person for clients, relatives and employees
  • Care and support of clients in the areas of SGB V and SGB XI

Your profile

  • State-recognized geriatric nurse with further training as a responsible nursing specialist SGB XI or
  • Health and nursing care professional with further training as a responsible nursing specialist SGB XI
  • You have several years of professional experience, ideally with management experience in the outpatient sector
  • You have professional and strong social skills as well as communication skills
  • You have a class B driver's license
