Therefore, we are currently seeking a Accountant / Financial Accountant (m/f/d) at our locations in Heimertingen or Gilching as a hybrid position.

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and legally compliant bookkeeping and maintaining a constant overview of the company's financial situation. You will work with internal and external service providers and be responsible for the content quality of all documentation in your assigned department.

Your tasks:

  • Management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial and fixed asset accounting
  • Thorough review of travel expense reports and preparation for invoicing
  • Exchange of information with the HR department, if necessary review of salary statements
  • Booking of all business transactions
  • Thorough review and reconciliation of invoices and dunning process
  • Reconciliation of main and subsidiary accounts
