Compensation: Collective agreement for hotel staff

Herr Berge is a small guesthouse located in Geismar, a district of Fritzlar , at Bonifatiusstr. 32. Herr Berge has 9 rooms with hotel standard, including 2 single rooms, 5 double rooms, and 2 triple rooms. Guests usually check in and out contactlessly through a key safe.

Your responsibilities would include keeping the rooms in good condition, which includes changing and making beds, cleaning the rooms and bathrooms.

You will also be responsible for taking the laundry to be cleaned (in Wabern) and picking it up. You will monitor the use of cleaning supplies and toilet paper, and ensure timely restocking. You will manage bookings through eviivo (booking platform), answer questions, and issue invoices. You will be reachable by phone and handle all guest inquiries and bookings made directly over the phone.
