Description

Overview:

Seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst for our Global Digital Tools department, who is adept at leading the implementation, update, and consolidation of a variety of digital tools aimed at supporting global sales and marketing initiatives. This role is essential for driving feature requests, optimizing business operations, and leading digital transformation efforts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage projects related to digital tools, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and measurable objectives.
Handle initial triage of support tickets, follow up with resolutions, and maintain timely communication with stakeholders.
Collaborate with global and regional teams to identify needs, initiate projects, and contribute to digital innovation.
Communicate application roadmaps, updates, and enhancements to stakeholders.
Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to recommend digital tool improvements.
Foster innovation in digital technologies to maintain a competitive edge and enhance global digital presence.
Conduct strategic market research and analysis.
Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Information Sciences, Emerging Media, or related field.
A minimum of 3 years' experience with consumer-facing digital tools, including knowledge of mobile technologies (iOS/Android), UX design, and digital analytics.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of team members and stakeholders.
Self-sufficient and organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred experience in eCommerce and UI analysis.
Familiarity with the Direct Selling business model and/or the beauty industry is advantageous.
Basic knowledge of makeup and beauty products is required.
