- Location: Southwest Houston near 59 & Beechnut
- Pay: $12-15 DOE
- Hours per week: 35-40hrs/wk M-F & 1 Saturday/month.
- Receiving and processing documents from clients (collecting, routing, and filing).
- Assisting with contacting and meeting with clients (as needed).
- Assisting with packaging and adding postage to outgoing mail.
- Assist with incoming phone calls when the receptionist is occupied.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 6 months of customer service/receptionist experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- BILINGUAL in English and Spanish is a must.
- Familiarity with legal terms, legal documents, and filing is a plus, but not required. Willing to train the right candidate.

To ensure success as an Office/Legal Assistant, you should exhibit excellent communication skills and competency with general office administration tasks. Outstanding Office/Legal Assistants are polished professionals who create a positive first impression, self-starters, motivated, punctual, and reliable.
*BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH A MUST*
Prior experience in a law office or experience with immigration forms and terms is a plus, but not required. The ability to multitask is a MUST.
