- Managing full cycle accounting and financial reporting
- Establishing and coordinating all accounting procedures for the business unit
- Analyzing financial data to identify trends/variances
- Handling AP, AR, Payroll, Tax functions as well as overseeing inventory and purchase orders
- Providing daily and/or weekly analysis, and reporting on operational performance as it relates to the business activities
- Assisting in the formulation of the budget and preparing the monthly budget variance analyses
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is preferred
- 4+ years of related accounting experience
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, must be a team player

This company has a laid back, close-knitfeel to the culture and as such is looking for a valuable key player to join their company. You will be in charge of the entire accounting procedures including month-end close procedures, journal entry postings, GL account reconciliations, internal control maintenance, financial compliance of financial statements, and daily and/or weekly analysis and reporting.
