    Description
    Position: Assistant Nurse Manager at Infectious Disease Med/Surgical Unit


    Location: Night Shift (United States of America)


    Hourly Salary: $63.60


    • The Assistant Nurse Manager is responsible for managing resources within the patient care area
    • Utilizes Total Quality Management, Shared Governance, and Primary nursing to ensure patient care
    • Demonstrates leadership to empower staff for delivering excellent patient care
    • In absence of Nurse Manager, assumes outlined responsibilities
    • Provides proactive administrative and staff support in a patient-centered environment
    • Promotes center strategies for excellence in patient care
    • Coordinates communication flow for optimal unit/department operations
    • Advocates for patients, families, and staff
    • Supports lifelong learning and fosters empowerment process
    • Promotes fiscally responsible financial planning aligned with Center goals
    • Acts as a mentor and consultant, enhancing patient satisfaction through mission, vision, and values
