Description

NUCKOLLS is seeking a dedicated leader to join our team, bringing along passion and a sense of purpose. With a rich history of 120 years in the industry, we are pioneers in our field. In this role, you will immerse yourself in understanding our processes to cater to our 2,000 existing business clients while fostering new relationships to expand our client base through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will lead a small team in executing these responsibilities, guiding them towards success. As you develop mastery in our systems and processes, you will progress into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year, on average.

Key Responsibilities:

Service existing client base
Research new business opportunities (B2B)
Supervision of team activities and results
Train and mentor incoming team members on existing systems
Provide daily reports on field activities using Salesforce-based CRM
Focus daily on recruiting, training, and leadership development

Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective time management with a track record of meeting deadlines
Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
Comfort in fast-paced and occasionally challenging environments
Passionate about aiding others and building relationships
Experience in sales or customer service
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Community engagement mindset
Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce preferred)

Licensing Requirements:

Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
Clean background and personal transportation
45-day evaluation period before advancement
