- Translate available loyalty services to other product teams, including documentation, communication of requirements, and service readiness
- Coordinate with product owners to understand functional requirements, prioritize work, and communicate risks/roadblocks
- Identify and implement enhancements for optimization to identify and drive continuous improvement in system stability and performance
- Demonstrate knowledge of software development, life cycle, modeling of business processes, application design patterns, and business/functional documents
- Design, manage, and optimize a development lifecycle that provides visibility to many stakeholders and partners
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand strategic business pillars and be able to translate to technical strategy and understand the business impact of work
- Lead and collaborate a team of external engineers
- Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience in technical product management OR high school degree plus 7 years of related work experience in technical product management
- 1 years of experience working in scrum based development
- Previous experience working with a loyalty program is preferred

What emerging digital technology will you add to the mix?As the Technical Product Lead - Loyalty, you'll be responsible for the technical leadership of the Purina Perks Loyalty Program.
Focused primarily on building loyalty as a service and backend service development, this role will manage day to day software development, as well as strategic technical leadership.
