- Help establish / maintain company's standards for CAD techniques
- Previous experience designing/modeling of Anchor Windlasses, Capstans, Winches, and/or other Marine Machinery/Equipment
- Superior Knowledge of Solidworks Parts, Assemblies, Drawings, Weldments, Equations, Parts Libraries, Custom Properties, Simulation FEA, etc.
- Highly Skilled in Machining/Casting Tolerances, GD&T, & Proper CAD Detailing Techniques
- Previous Team Lead/Management Experience
