    Technical Product Lead - Loyalty (Associate, Digital Marketing Technology)

    What emerging digital technology will you add to the mix?

    Focused primarily on building loyalty as a service and backend service development, this role will manage day to day software development, as well as strategic technical leadership.

    Coordinate with product owners to understand functional requirements, prioritize work, and communicate risks/roadblocks
    Identify and implement enhancements for optimization to identify and drive continuous improvement in system stability and performance
    Demonstrate knowledge of software development, life cycle, modeling of business processes, application design patterns, and business/functional documents
    Bachelor's degree in Business Technology Management
    1+ years of professional or internship experience in technical product management or customer analytics at a CPG or retail based company
    Previous experience working with a consumer facing application preferred
    Previous experience working with JavaScript, PowerBI, SQL, SAP, Figma, Jira preferred
