    **Senior Analyst - Oracle Business Processing - Service Delivery Center**

    **The opportunity**

    As a member of the Oracle Business Processing, you will be responsible for daily processing and operational support functions across the Oracle Applications business in our Service Deliver Center. In addition to individual production goals, this role is also responsible for leading business processing work teams. As Senior Analyst, you will perform work that requires judgment (including the ability to provide rationalizations for appropriate escalation and recommendations on solutions/next steps) to ensure Production Analysts perform their responsibilities in accordance with both existing policies and procedures and in accordance with EY best practices for client delivery

    **Your key responsibilities**

    Senior Analysts will be responsible for quality supervision. In a quality supervision role (or QC), the Senior Analyst is responsible for ensuring a Production Analyst properly executes the work in accordance with a predefined set of policies/standards this can be done fully or on a sample basis, depending on the need of the project. The QC Senior Analyst will help guide the Production Analyst in their understanding of the guidance and their accurate execution of the work. The QC Senior analyst will be directly responsible for ensuring that the work produced by our firm is of a quality grade appropriate for client review before work is sent to a client.

    Senior Analyst are designated to be a counselor for 3-5 staff/analyst level employees within 12 months of entering the rank. The counselor role is responsible for managing an employees career development, skills development and performance management.

    **Skills and attributes for success**

    Strong customer service and organizational skills

    Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed to interact with internal team members and external client personnel

    Ability to learn and use technology and follow a linear well-defined process is necessary

    Ability to interact with clients and offer feedback on best practices pertaining to unemployment claims procedures

    Respect for the need to maintain confidentiality and display tact when discussing possibly personal questions relating to the callers individual circumstances

    Ability to redirect attention as needed and reprioritize daily workload with direct supervision.

    Proficiency in the English language, including the ability to listen, understand, read and communicate effectively both in writing and verbally in a professional environment

    Willingness to learn Oracle Applications (CX Suite, C2M) and other Oracle, and non Oracle, Applications as the practice grows.

    Willingness to learn and understand various sectors (initially Power & Utilities) along with specific client business processes and internal controls.

    Project management, teaming, organizational, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

    **To qualify for the role you must have**

    A bachelors degree in General Business, Finance, Liberal Arts or related fields

    This position would require a minimum of 3 years of related work experience
