    The Opportunity

    We are seeking a dedicated Campaign Analyst Senior.

    We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Charlotte, NC, Tampa, FL, Phoenix, AZ or Colorado Springs, CO. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

    The USAA Bank Marketing team is a growth engine for the bank, with a laser focus on our mission. We are looking for a Senior Campaign Analyst who will share our passion to serve those who have served.

    This position is focused on providing audience expertise and assisting in determining forecasted volumes for email and direct mail channels. This individual oversees the build, execution, and delivery of accurate audience data. The Senior Campaign Analyst will collaborate with key stakeholders, vendors, and project/program teams to identify mutually beneficial outcomes for competing priorities and negotiate timelines to ensure objectives are met.

    The successful candidate will have strong business acumen, data expertise and a willingness to pivot quickly when needed while thriving in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

    What you'll do:
    • Responds to business requests and creates new or modifies existing standard audience selection rules by collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with campaign requirements.
    • Responsible for managing the campaign audience selection requirements within the Campaign Management tool (Adobe Campaign Classic).
    • Applies advanced subject matter knowledge on existing requirement and waterfall analysis to educate and provide recommendations to key stakeholders.
    • Ensures data variables or functional requirements are available.
    • Explores existing data / capabilities against business needs and identifies gaps.
    • Partners with IT and Lead Campaign Analysts to identify solutions for capabilities not readily available.
    • Applies advanced subject matter knowledge across one or multiple product lines and execution tools to facilitate and contribute to the implementation of solutions in business requirement sessions.
    • Facilitates cross-functional campaign requirement sessions for complex marketing campaigns.
    • Provides advanced knowledge of audience and forecasted volumes.
    • Complete the final detailed business and data requirements in support of marketing campaigns.
    • Ensures the successful build, execution, and delivery of accurate audience data for assigned marketing campaigns.
    • Coordinates research efforts into member inquires and serves as a primary resource on escalated matters.
    • Investigates audience size and member profile requests and generates findings/reports.
    • Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
    What you have:
    • Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
    • 6 or more years of analysis and data validation experience.
    • Data execution tools experience.
    • Understanding of risk management policies and procedures.
    • Solid business acumen and/or demonstrated learning agility to quickly increase business knowledge.
    What sets you apart:
    • US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner [optional]
    • 6+ years of large bank experience.
    • Extensive/Strong experience operating in the Adobe Campaign Classic platform.
    • Strong understanding of Marketing Operations specifically related to complex offers and campaigns (in the banking space).
    • Knowledge of laws and regulations related to the banking/finance sector (reg Z, reg B, UDAAP).
    • Knowledge of audience development, selection and validation.
    • Knowledge of SQL and SAS
    • Knowledge and experience with MarTech tools and processes in support of email and direct mail.

    What we offer:

    Compensation: USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location. The salary range for this position is: $89,990 - $172,000.

    Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.
