Event Coordinator (m/f/d) at the City of Peoria, OR


The City of Peoria, OR is seeking to fill the position of Event Coordinator (m/f/d) at the Department of Culture as soon as possible.

This is a part-time position (EG 9a TVöD).


The Department of Culture oversees the implementation of the Cultural Development Plan, which was developed through a participatory process involving cultural professionals, interested parties, politics, and administration.

In addition to the offerings at the cultural spaces in Peoria, low-threshold event formats are developed, implemented, and coordinated, and local and regional actors are supported.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Independent and responsible planning, organization, implementation, and followup of various regular event formats
  • Implementation and support of special and cooperative events at the department or department level
  • Support and advice for cultural actors and planning of coordination meetings
