and its subsidiary, CaritasSeniorendienste Rhein-Kreis Neuss GmbH, are the operators of seven residential facilities, three Caritas nursing stations, Caritas palliative care in Rhein-Kreis Neuss, four day care centers, meal services in Neuss/Kaarst, and Caritas emergency call services.

In total, our facilities provide care for 1600 people in need.

We are currently seeking a full-time, permanent
Facility Manager for our day care centers "Alte Weberei" and "Altes Stellwerk" in Grevenbroich, starting on October 1, 2023.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Staff deployment and scheduling for the day care teams
  • Responsibility for the quality and costeffectiveness of the facility
  • Coordination of the nursing and care process
  • Promotion of networking within the community and region
  • Implementation of basic and medical care as well as documentation
  • Implementation of care and activity programs
  • Collaboration with family members and cooperation partners

Your profile should include:


  • Completed training as a senior nursing specialist
  • Experience in gerontopsychiatry is desirable
  • Additional training as a practical instructor is desirable
  • Knowledge of nursing
