    Job Description and Duties

    Incumbents appointed to this role will receive the maximum of the pay range, along with a recruitment and retention pay differential of $200 per month.

    The duty statement provided will indicate if telework is an option for this position. California residency is required for all teleworking employees as per Government Code 14200.

    DUTY STATEMENT:

    - Travels to and conducts detailed surveys of healthcare facilities to ensure compliance with licensing and certification requirements.

    - Generates written reports on facility compliance with state and federal laws.

    - Provides expert testimony on legal matters related to healthcare compliance.

    - Participates in local programs to enhance compliance in healthcare facilities.

    - Advises healthcare administrators on state requirements for facility operations.

    - Assists with special studies and data collection.
