Responsibilities:


  • As a friendly first contact, you play a key role in our external representation
  • Telephone appointment scheduling for patients
  • Appointment reminders and recalls
  • Administrative tasks
  • Telephone contact with health insurance companies

Your Profile:


  • Telephone talent, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • A friendly telephone voice
  • Good knowledge of PC and common MS Office applications
  • You are always respectful, courteous, and friendly
  • Previous experience in dental, administrative, or commercial fields is desirable
