    Description

    Job Opportunity: NYS Certified HHAs Needed!

    • Work with United Hospice, Inc., a not-for-profit organization.
    • Location: Rockland and Orange Counties, with a flexible schedule.
    • Salary: $18.00/hr + Benefits Package (medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), PTO).

    Qualifications:

    • Certified NYS home health aide with first aid knowledge.
    • Commitment to hospice care philosophy.
    • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
    • Good communication and computer skills are a must.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Follow Plan of Care and assist in patient care activities.
    • Support patient with daily tasks and activities.
    • Maintain patient records and assist with household chores.
    • Attend training sessions and team meetings regularly.
