Description
We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide to become part of our team You will provide routine healthcare to residents in our facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide health care services to our residents
- Monitor and report changes in resident health status
- Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing residents
- Administer simple prescribed medications
- Maintain patients care records and document provided services
- Collect routine specimens
Qualifications
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with residents
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- First Aid training a plus
