Your new role:
Get ready for an exciting challenge As a Business Analyst in customer service, you will optimize our existing business processes.
You will work across teams, document the current state, and define the desired state to develop and implement self-service concepts or process automations.
You will also conduct internal workshops.Specifically, you will:
- Analyze processes, identify inefficiencies and automation potential
- Optimize by implementing additional use cases in our parloa VoiceBot
- Document through data mapping or data modeling
- Monitor and continuously improve
You are:
- A business economist, computer scientist, business informatics specialist, or have a commercial education with further training
- A communicative team player and crossfunctional networker
- Organized and skilled in project management
- Familiar with IT systems such as Visual Studio or Lean-SixSigma
