    Position: IT School Support

    Location: Denver, Colorado

    Job Description: The IT School Support position involves providing technical assistance to employees, students, and vendors. It requires diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, maintaining communication standards, and representing the institution professionally.

    Qualifications:

    • 2 years of helpdesk support experience in an educational setting
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications
    • Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
    • Industry certifications (A+, Net+, Security+) are a plus
    • Degree in Computer Sciences or related field preferred

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond to technical assistance requests in person, by phone, or electronically
    • Research and resolve hardware and software issues
    • Document interactions and resolutions
    • Stay updated on system information and updates
    • Assist with facility and security operations
    • Maintain computer labs and equipment
    • Perform other assigned tasks

    Classification: This is a full-time non-exempt position with flexible work hours including evenings and weekends as needed.

    Physical and Mental Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, use office equipment, and handle physical tasks like equipment lifting and mobility.
