We are currently seeking an Administration Employee (m/f/d) for our location in Tea, SD.


As an employee in the administration department, you will ensure smooth operations in driver processing for incoming and outgoing goods and act as the interface between the operational and commercial departments of the location, as well as being the point of contact for external customers and dispatchers.


Responsibilities:

  • Communication with internal and external departments
  • Driver processing for incoming and outgoing goods
  • Creation, management, and verification of documents (including freight papers)
  • Processing and coordination of pickups
  • System maintenance

Qualifications:

  • Commercial education (preferably in the logistics industry) or work experience in a logistics company
  • Career changers welcome
  • Fluent in German (written and spoken
