The GWF is the largest wine family in Franconia and stands for a lived wine culture.

Our popular wine bistro is located at the tourist hotspot, the Alte Mainbrücke in Würzburg, where the "Brückenschoppen" is a must-try wine experience.

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a:

Team Leader (m/f/d) full-time (40 hours/week)

Your responsibilities:

Participation in daily operations (wine consulting, sales, guest service, preparation of small dishes)
Responsibility for a smooth and efficient daily operation
Staff planning and management
Planning and execution of events
Personnel selection and procurement in coordination with the department management
Assortment planning and further development of the gastronomic and wine cultural offerings
Weekly accounting, procurement and planning of consumables
Close cooperation and regular exchange with the headquarters of the Winzergemeinschaft Franken eG

Your profile:

Several years of experience in the gastronomy industry or related fields (e.g. event management, tourism services)
Solid knowledge of wine is an advantage
Ideally, experience in personnel management
High service orientation, teamwork skills, and enjoyment of working with people
