Tasks as a freight forwarder (m/f/d):

  • Planning, organizing and processing transport orders
  • Communication with customers, suppliers and freight forwarders
  • Preparation of freight and customs documents
  • Monitoring of transport processes and compliance with delivery deadlines
  • Processing of complaints and finding solutions for problems in the transport process

Requirements:

  • Completed training as a freight forwarder or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in customs and English skills are an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and transport management systems
  • Teamwork, communication skills and organizational talent
  • Mobile
