    Description

    Our client is currently seeking a Lead Sourcing Specialist

    This position is Hybrid in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago, IL.

    W2 Only No C2C

    Description:

    • Experience in sourcing for Staffing/IT Staffing Services in both a Staff Augmentation and Deliverable/Services context.
    • Expertise in contract and related contract document negotiation, modification, and execution, including but not limited to: MSAs, SOWs, Task Orders, Rate Cards etc.
    • Familiarity with VMS/Sourcing/Recruiting/Staffing Tools
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Business Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.

    Responsibilities

    • Communicating and implementing sourcing strategy within various levels within the organization.
    • Performs and utilizes vendor, market, spend, and other research to analyze and identify sourcing, negotiation, and other projects.
    • Vendor evaluation and selection, request for proposals, and vendor negotiation projects for a variety of technical and non-technical products and services.
    • Implementing compliance, risk, and governance protocols.
    • Proactively identifying and contributing to the continuous development of the strategic sourcing function.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of a bachelor's degree - Business, Liberal Arts, or STEM.
    • Preferred 5+ years Sourcing, Procurement, or Recruiting experience.
