    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist (Experience with indirect sourcing or procurement preferred) to join our client's team, one of the US's largest Security companies.

    Job description

    Qualifications:

    · This job can be in person or remote. Must reside in CST/EST time zone.

    · Experience with indirect sourcing or procurement preferred.

    · Bachelor's Degree Preferred. Preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field or 3-5 years of experience in sourcing/procurement.

    · Working knowledge of the Security Industry.

    · Experience with several ERP systems – Ariba & Microsoft D365 experience preferred. Aptitude for continuous improvement and quality culture

    · Strong analytical abilities.

    · Able to balance multiple, shifting priorities.

    · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    · Excellent Customer service and interpersonal skills.

    · Advanced user of MS Office tools (Excel / Access)

    Responsibilities:

    · Perform the day-to-day operations of the ADT Procurement, Order Management & Vendor Management functions.

    · Manage key vendor purchase orders and accounts.

    · Interact with various internal business partners as well as external vendors.

    · Create purchase orders in accordance to the requisitions from the branches and in compliance of the operational guidelines.

    · Support the key order management/supply chain customer service activities for ADT branches in North America (US/Canada) and Puerto Rico. These include purchase order placement, expediting and tracking shipments, resolving order and invoice problems, and coordinating the return of materials to suppliers when necessary.

    · Analyze and track various Field Procurement activities. Maintain various web-based portals and vendor punch out catalogs for day-to-day operations.
