    Job Description Tide Cleaners is changing dry cleaning for good, and we are looking for outgoing, energetic people to help us fulfill that goal We are searching for new Guest Service Representatives to aid our guests with their dry cleaning needs. We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch cleaning while serving professional and personal care. This position is typically a great fit for those searching for a less stressful, more fun alternative to typical retail jobs and provides a rewarding experience in building relationships with our crew and guests alike. Even if you have never worked in the dry cleaning industry before, we have comprehensive training to aid you in learning everything you need to know to excel in this position.     Summary:

    Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Provide exceptional customer service to guests
    • Serve as primary liaison with guests
    • Greet and assist all walk-in guests in the store
    • Meet, greet and assist all valet drive-up guests at their car
    • Load garments into guests' vehicles
    • Process guest phone and personal relations
    • Consultatively assist guests with cleaning, stain and/or finishing needs and/or concerns
    • Sort and examine articles, picking out those that may need hand spotting, or stain treatment
    • Mark-In incoming guest orders; identify garments to be laundered or dry cleaned, tag, mark and classify all pieces and input information into the computerized register
    • Consistently ensure cash drawer accuracy
    • Follow Company's new customer protocol
    • Attend Company offered ongoing training and education
    • Other duties as assigned

    Education/Experience:

    • [REQUIRED] - Customer service experience in any field
    • (Preferred) - Any retail clothing experience

    Monday - Friday, 12 p.m. - 7 p.m.
    Weekend shifts available as needed.
    32-40 hours weekly.
