We are looking to add a Senior Program Manager to our team.

In this position, you will be responsible for program performance andday-to-day execution, including concept development, implementation,production, modification, integration and test, and delivery.

You willbe the single point of contact for customer interactions including programmanagement reviews and customer Bi-weekly Reviews, and major program reviews.

This position works collaboratively with all functional organizations atCesium to ensure the success of the program using risk and opportunitymanagement framework in guiding decisions to meet program objectives.

You willserve as the primary program leader for all activities, withresponsibilities for cost, schedule, and adherence to technicalperformance requirements.

The Senior PM establishes program management baselines (integrated masterplans and resource loaded schedules) to task the team, measure programperformance, and monitors progress to generate latest revised estimates andestimates to completion.

The Sr. PM will provide these inputs to customers,CesiumAstro leadership, and internal finance teams for revenue recognition.
A successful candidate understands how to effectively use program andengineering metrics to make data driven decisions.
This position will assist the Director of Programs in establishing standardprocesses, practices for consistency across the portfolio of programs.

As asenior member of the programs team, you will also help in hiring andmentorship of program engineers to developing a program management office.

RequirementsSuccessful candidates will require, as a minimum:

A Bachelor of Science (BS) or Master of Science (MS) degree in arelevant engineering field (Electrical Engineering, ComputerEngineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, AerospaceEngineering, Systems Engineering) from an accredited university orinstitution.

Experience in the aerospace industry.
Technical familiarity with electrical, mechanical, and software systems.12 years of Program Management or Subcontract Management experience.
Experience managing cross-functional and decentralized teams.
Relevant CAM, Risk Management, EVMS, and Risk-Based Assessment experience.
Experience developing work breakdown structures, integrated master plans,and integrated master schedules.
Experience managing programs with dynamic and multi-project interdependencies.
Return-To-Green experience on one or more programs.
Experience in NRE development programs.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred experience includes:
Familiarity with RF, communication, or satellite systems is highly desirable.
Experience working with government/military customer(s).Experience in DoD Acquisition Process.
Program Manager Certification.

The salary range for this role is $170,000 to $200,000; however,CesiumAstro considers several factors when extending an offer, including butnot limited to, the role and ass ciated responsibilities, a candidate'swork experience, education/training, and key skills.?We also providegenerous benefits and stock option packages to all our employees.
