- Performs a wide array of secretarial and administrative duties to include:
- Creating and editing routine correspondence
- Filing, organization and repository duties
- Assisting with standard administrative tasks
- Develop, maintain, and deliver project specific education and communication
- Develop a schedule for a status meetings
- Develop meeting agendas
- Facilitate meetings when appropriate
- Provide weekly status reports on activities performed and upcoming tasks
- Proactive approach to routine support and confidence to make suggestions for improvements
- Excellent oral and written skills
- High School Diploma
- Existing Public Trust preferred / Public Trust eligibility required
