    Job Description: This position encompasses communication with clients via various channels such as texts, calls, and emails, with responsibilities including electronic filing, organizing client documentation into appropriate folders, facilitating client onboarding, and managing invoices. Additionally, the role involves administrative duties such as acting as an office manager, directly assisting the owner, in managing his schedule, coordinating office supply orders from vendors, and providing support to the owners partner and wealth advisor.

    Requirements:

    • 4+ years of experience with client interaction in an administrative or assistance role within banking, lending, client side of mortgage operations
    • MS Word, DocuSign, Adobe PDF, e-filing type systems, as well as advanced Excel
