Contracts Administrator - Sterling, United States - Corporate Results, Inc.
Description
The Contracts Administrator will work with the Contracts Manager to ensure contract and procurement policies and procedures are being completed and implemented in a fast and growing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general Contract/Subcontract administration to include both Federal and Commercial contracts (cradle to grave subcontracting)
- Must have working knowledge of all contract types including IDIQ CPFF, T&M, firmfixed price, cost plus fixed fee.
- Initiate, review new agreements (including NDAs, TAs, subcontracts and purchase orders.
- Issue, negotiate, administer and coordinate additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts and purchase orders and address notification of funding limitations.
- Maintain and monitor purchasing/subcontract records to ensure funding, contractual terms and objectives are met
- Research and resolve subcontract issues, disputes, terms/conditions, etc.
- Conduct cost and price analysis
- Create and complete electronic and paper files in accordance with the Internal procurement policies and procedures
- Assist with formal closeout of subcontracts after project completion.
- Review subcontractor invoices to ensure they are in accordance with the negotiated terms and conditions.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Experience Desired:
- 4+ years of Contract/Subcontract administration experience in the federal contracting environment
- Ability to multitask and work effectively with mínimal supervision in a fastpaced professional team environment
- Experience in Costpoint
- High level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- BA/BS and Contract Certificate a plus

- CostPoint: 4 years (preferred)
- Cradle to grave subcontracting: 3 years (preferred)
- IDIQ CPFF, T&M, firmfixed price, cost plus fixed fee: 3 years (preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Sterling, VA 20166: Relocate before starting work (required)
