- Complies with all company safety rules and procedures
- Monitors product and process to ensure quality of product to documented procedures
- Makes required adjustments to maintain quality of product
- Records and reports production numbers including disruptions and rejects
- Loads, unloads, and moves material using forklift
- Coordinates and executes to published schedule
- Changes and adjusts tooling as required
- Maintains quality and the quantity of the output of the production line during course of shift
- Performs required preventive maintenance
- Attend any job-related training deemed necessary by supervision
- Follow all established standard operating procedures
- Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of manufacturing experience in a fast paced work environment
- 1+ years of experience with automated machines
- 1+ years of experience adjusting machine to produce quality product
- Forklift experience or willingness to learn to operate forklift
- Basic computer skills
- Basic math/reading skills
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- This position requires the team member to work with machinery in an environment where there may be regular exposure to noise from machinery, dust, fumes and variable temperatures.
- Ability to wear required PPE including but not limited to: steel toed shoes, eye protection, ear protection, hearing protection, high visibility clothing.
- Other working conditions may include working long hours and flexible shifts, including holidays
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.; bending, squatting, climbing ladders and stairs are required
