Job Responsibilities Design and develop instructional materials and activities that align with the learning outcomes and the instructional strategies, using various tools and technologies Design and develop operational materials and activities that align with the learning outcomes and the instructional strategies, using various tools and technologies Support Wharton Interactive and Associated Simulations Implement and manage the courses and programs on the learning management system and other platforms, ensuring the quality, accessibility, and usability of the content and the functionality of the features Review and evaluate the courses and programs, using various methods and metrics, to measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction of the learning experience and the achievement of the learning outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree and 2 to 3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, are required.
  • At least three years of experience designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating online, blended, and face
  • to
  • face courses and programs for learners in various domains.
  • Proficiency in using various tools and technologies for creating and delivering instructional materials and activities, such as authoring tools, multimedia tools, learning management systems, web conferencing tools, etc.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problemsolving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail, quality, and deadlines, and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
