    ECI is in search of a highly driven, dynamic, energetic, hands-on professional to join our Professional Services leadership squad. As part of this team, you will be tasked with steering and empowering a group of Project Managers to ensure the successful execution of Manufacturing ERP implementations. Your role will involve overseeing and ensuring the success of projects within your program, as well as managing and monitoring our progress through each defined scope of work. Through guidance, support, and strategic thinking, you will equip your team with the necessary tools and resources to navigate each project phase effectively and act as the main point of contact for customer stakeholders. Additionally, you will be accountable for developing our Project Managers, ensuring their proficient use of project management tools and internal tracking software. As our team expands, you will spearhead onboarding and training efforts, along with establishing and implementing our PMO best practices. You will collaborate across various departments within the Professional Services organization, working closely with the Implementation, Technical, and Custom Development Team Leads to assign project resources.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee Professional Services' Project Managers, managing platform implementations and ongoing functional consulting.
    • Lead, motivate, and guide Project Managers to achieve desired outcomes.
    • Track and report on utilization, revenue, team capacity, project volume, and provide insights to steer departmental strategy.
    • Conduct annual budget calculations, forecasting, and actual revenue and utilization reporting.
    • Manage team operations including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and fostering career growth.
    • Evaluate projects and recommend strategies to enhance revenue, reduce costs, and streamline processes.
    • Develop an onboarding program for new hires and existing staff to facilitate training.
    • Formulate and implement Project Management best practices in project tracking, client communication, risk management, and internal reporting.
    • Offer effective service solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention among new and existing clients.
    • Oversee project records, project tracking tools, and financial tracking within and outside of Financial Force.
    • Dive into major projects, occasionally assuming Project Manager responsibilities as needed.
    • Act as the primary contact for customer stakeholders and represent the ECI Professional Services team within the PMO, ensuring superior customer satisfaction.
    • Identify potential risks to project success and collaborate on viable solutions.
    • Partner with the Sales team to educate on available services and provide guidance on service positioning and sales techniques.
    • Collaborate with Sales and Sales Operations to assist with project estimates and address customer queries.
    • Assist in resolving customer disputes and managing Account Receivables.

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education & Experience:

    • Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration) or possess equivalent experience in software technology implementation.
    • Have a minimum of 5 years of proven management and leadership experience, preferably in a professional service setting.
    • Possess strong operational and project management skills, coupled with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Demonstrate effective teamwork and leadership to facilitate cross-functional collaboration throughout the organization.
    • Show proficiency in prioritizing and managing workflows to meet deadlines, adapting to change, and proactively handling tasks and priorities.
    • Bring experience in all phases of client software implementation, including needs analysis, project management, software deployment, onsite training, issue resolution, and ongoing account oversight.
    • Showcase leadership skills, especially in challenging scenarios, and the capacity to build and lead a team.
    • Offer hands-on experience in ERP software implementation, team management, and utilizing software for business management purposes.
    • Demonstrate a history of effective customer communication and coordination skills.
    • Present a clear vision for the Project Management Team's future and devise strategies to achieve set goals.
    • Possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
    • Have familiarity with Financial Force or another PSA software is advantageous.
    • Be willing and eligible to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.
