    Job Title: Sales Manager

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting budgeted revenue goals while exceeding customer satisfaction. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for understanding and anticipating customer needs and building strong relationships to ensure increased repeat business. You will also be responsible for soliciting new business opportunities and answering, closing and detailing catering sales leads and walk-in customers in order to achieve or exceed activity goals.

    Responsibilities:

    Meet budgeted revenue goals while exceeding customer satisfaction

    Understand and anticipate customer needs and build strong relationships to ensure increased repeat business

    Solicit new business opportunities and answer, close and detail catering sales leads and walk-in customers in order to achieve or exceed activity goals

    Provide 5-star service to customers

    Maintain a flexible can-do-attitude

    Communicate effectively with customers and team members

    Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

    Requirements:

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or related field

    Excellent communication skills

    Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    Passion for providing 5-star service

    Flexible can-do-attitude
