We are looking for Pedagogical and Psychological Professionals (m/f/d) in the field of integration assistance for adults according to - 53 SGB IX to strengthen our team in Shreveport, LA.


The non-profit, intercultural organization LebensWelt has been active in child and youth welfare for 24 years and is located in the heart of Berlin.

In addition to working with children and adolescents, LebensWelt also offers integration assistance/supported living for adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities.


Your tasks:

Integration assistance for adults with mental and/or physical disabilities (ambulatory supported living)
Supporting people with disabilities in the areas of daily living, health, work, administrative matters, and leisure activities, taking into account their personal wishes and needs
Joint planning of individual and needs-based holistic development goals for the beneficiaries based on the HMBW procedure (Metzler plan)

What you bring:

Completed degree in special education, social work, or psychology, recognized training in the field of care for the disabled, health or nursing with additional pedagogical training, or comparable qualification
