- Engage in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive the company's growth and success.
- Understand and communicate the financial impact of decisions on other parts of the company.

- Oversee full charge bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks and our CRM system, PestPac.
- Generate and update financial and operational reports within PestPac, ensuring data accuracy and timely distribution to relevant departments. Help develop KPIs and scorecards for different divisions.
- Collaborate with office staff and various departments to streamline financial processes and support business needs.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for decision-making and performance evaluation.
- Uphold confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, implementing processes similar to Six Sigma to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Be very comfortable with different software applications, ensuring data is accurately meshed and analyzed.
- Proven experience in operations or finance management or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead a team.
- Strong analytical skills and a love for working with numbers.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma).
- Proficient in Excel and other relevant software applications.
